PAX West 2026 Booth Helper

Ukiyo Studios is looking for friendly and reliable people to help run our booth at PAX West in Seattle! Details: Location: Seattle Convention Center Dates: September 4 – 7 Pay: $875 flat (Must be available all 4 days) Exhibitor badge provided Note: Travel and lodging not covered (Locals preferred) We are looking for 8 helpers for our booth, so do share this job posting with your friends and siblings. Responsibilities: Greet attendees and encourage them to try the game Introduce them to the game and explain core gameplay mechanics Keep the booth area organized and welcoming Assist with light setup and teardown of the booth/game demo area Reset the PC back to the game start screen Hand out booklets/flyers Help explain the game’s mechanics to players (training will be provided) Keep the booth area organized and welcoming Engage with people in line, answer questions, and represent the booth positively Convention experience isn’t necessary, but enthusiasm for customer service, good communication skills, and being dependable are key.
