Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market. Our games reach millions of players worldwide. What you can definitely know about us is: Sand Balls game –360 M+ Rope and Balls – 62 M+ Freaky Stan – 52 M+ Garden Balls – 22 M+ Unpuzzle – 22 M+ Run&Gun – 13 M+ We're looking for a Game Scout to join our Publishing team and build a stable pipeline of new mobile game studios and projects. You'll be responsible for the full acquisition cycle — from finding promising studios and identifying the right decision-makers to initiating communication, presenting Hypercell, and bringing interested studios to registration in Studio Portal. This is a highly proactive, outbound-focused role for someone who enjoys finding new contacts, starting conversations from scratch, and turning them into real business opportunities. What are you working on? Genres: Shooter, Hyper-casual, Puzzle, Casual Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Search for new mobile game studios and projects that could be a good fit for Hypercell. Build and manage your own pipeline of potential publishing partners. Identify founders, producers, Business Development managers, and other decision-makers within target studios. Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, Discord, Telegram, professional communities, and other relevant channels. Use follow-ups, alternative contacts, and different communication channels to establish contact with studios that don't respond initially. Conduct initial qualification of studios and games and assess their potential fit with Hypercell's publishing focus. Conduct introductory calls with studios and present Hypercell and its publishing process. Answer initial questions about publishing, game testing, metrics, and potential cooperation. Handle objections and develop communication with interested studios. Use your professional network and mutual connections to generate introductions and new opportunities. Bring interested studios to registration in Studio Portal. Maintain accurate lead statuses, contacts, and next steps in Studio Portal. Transfer registered studios to the Publishing Operations Associate with all relevant context from previous communication. Maintain relationships with acquired studios and re-engage them when relevant. Participate in international gaming conferences and professional events when needed, helping build relationships and expand the studio network. What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a similar role with active outbound communication and partner acquisition. Experience in the mobile gaming industry or in a B2B company working directly with mobile game studios. Proven experience with cold outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and independently building a pipeline. Ability to independently identify relevant companies and find the right decision-makers and points of contact. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct introductory business calls and present a company and its services. Basic understanding of mobile game publishing and key game/product metrics, such as CPI, retention, ROAS, LTV, and testing. Genuine interest in games and familiarity with the gaming market. Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. High level of autonomy, initiative, persistence, and strong results orientation. Willingness and ability to travel internationally, primarily to Europe, for gaming conferences and business meetings. Nice to have: Experience working directly at a mobile game publisher. Experience acquiring game studios or mobile game projects. An existing network of contacts within the mobile games industry. Experience with AppMagic, Sensor Tower, or other mobile market research tools. Experience working with CRM systems and independently managing a sales pipeline.
