Gameplay Programmer Intern

Mysteria Studio is seeking a Gameplay Programmer for an intern position to play a key role in polishing the gameplay of our PC Action RPG project. You’ll implement and improve various gameplay elements in Unreal Engine 5, for which your programming and problem-solving skills are of great importance. We offer a fully remote work arrangement with flexible working hours. Responsibilities: Implement and iterate on gameplay features and systems in Unreal Engine 5 using Blueprints. Collaborate with our lead programmer and design team to build and playtest quest & combat encounters. Debug, refine, and optimize them based on feedback provided by our leadership team. Fix bugs reported by our Steam Playtesters and QA team. Requirements: Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and gameplay systems; Ability to work in a self-organized manner within a team, while being respectful and an attentive listener; Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints; Comfortable with working in a 100% remote working team; Excellent communication skills; Plus: (Action) RPG project development experience, version control (Git etc.) knowledge.
