Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games Platforms: iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development; Lead and guide the game development team; Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth; Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization; Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses; Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics; Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay; Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals. What kind of professional are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in game development; Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release; Excellent team management skills; Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies; Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
