Business Development Manager (Cyprus)

Our goal isn't to improve global payroll; it's to make it disappear as a problem for businesses altogether. For which tasks (responsibilities)? Acquiring B2B clients in target markets (Gamedev, iGaming, FinTech) Build relationships with HRDs, CFOs, Heads of Ops — the people who actually have the burnout and the budget. The full sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, close. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry trade events, conferences, and online forums. What kind of professional are we looking for? 5+ years in B2B sales or business development — fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming, or HR tech. A real network in Gamedev/ iGaming/ Fintech industry. Not “I know people” — relationships you can call this week. Track record of going 0 → 1 in a segment. Solid grasp of global contractor payments or cross-border finance — enough to talk to a CFO about it. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-directed. Comfortable in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). Fluent in English. Based in Serbia, UAE, Cyprus, UK or Portugal. Why do we enjoy working here?
