And this is where you come in… The Workplace Experience Coordinator ensures an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment that supports day-to-day workplace operations and enhances the employee experience. This role primarily supports Kabam’s Vancouver headquarters, while also providing remote coordination and administrative support for Kabam’s smaller office locations as needed. The role exists to maintain office functionality, support facility maintenance, coordinate workplace programs and events, and create a positive atmosphere for employees. It collaborates with internal stakeholders across departments, building management, service providers, and suppliers to support employee engagement, office operations, and a productive, connected workplace experience. This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.
