Talent Acquisition Associate

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team. In this role you will be on the front line of our hiring processes, engaging and evaluating exceptional talent at scale. Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume, in-depth phone and video interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and potential. - Create a welcoming and transparent experience for every candidate. - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the broader TA team to align on role requirements, provide candidate insights, and keep recruitment pipelines moving efficiently. - Proactively reach out to passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies. Requirements - Passion for behavioral interviewing and evaluating talent effectively in a high-volume environment. - High empathy and a commitment to delivering a top-tier candidate experience. - Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew and English. - A proactive, self-motivated approach. - Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Advantages - 1-2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house). - Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
